What we process and why.

Processors. Hetzner Online GmbH (server in Germany), Resend (email), Paddle (payments, Paddle is the merchant of record and issues the invoice), Cloudflare (contact records, only with consent), Anthropic (the written conclusion of the report: only the check numbers and the purpose text are sent, never the part file or images; the service does not use them for model training and deletes them within 30 days). A data processing agreement is part of each provider's terms.
Cookies. One sign-in cookie (rk_nalog) and local browser storage for language and your list of checks. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. In My parts you can download all your data and delete your account with one click; deletion removes files, checks, the account and contact records, and leaves payment records without your address. Requests: svetozar@rarekolesar.com, answered within 30 days. You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or to the supervisory authority in your EU country.
Transfers outside the EU. Data is processed in the EU and Serbia. Providers based in the US and the UK (Resend, Paddle, Anthropic) operate under standard contractual clauses.
Children. The service is for business users and persons over 18.
